Live Blue Swimming crabs are procured from Day boats (country crafts using Gill nets) and graded strictly, Steam cooked and cooled right on the landing centres in HACCP followed facilities owned & operated by well trained company staff. The meat picking is done in the mini plants located ideally on the seashore and meat picked within 24-48 hours after cooking.

Picked meat is transported with safety and security as utmost priorities to the main Processing plant Located in Kannyakumari (Southern Tip of Indian Peninsula) and is finally graded and we use fluorescent lights to remove the shell bits. Finally the meat is packed in metal cans or Plastic cups and Pasteurised with ultra modern automated temperature controlled equipment & devices.
